Refund Policies
RETURNS
Our policy is 30 days. After 30 days of purchase, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.
To be able to make the return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing, not due to any error on our part.
* Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the return item is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
Then contact your bank. In general, there is a processing time before a refund is issued.

Sale goods (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale merchandise cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email contato@vsastore.pt and send your item to: Travessa Giestal 40B 3C, Lisboa, PT-11, 1300278, Portugal.
gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. You will receive a gift card in the mail when we receive your returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the person who made the purchase shipped the item to themselves to deliver to you personally, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will know that you requested the return. .
Freight

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary.
If you are shipping a product over $75, consider purchasing a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the item you return.
